Mattias Johansson (born February 16, 1992 in Jönköping ) is a Swedish football player who acts on the position of the right full-back.

Career

Mattias Johansson began his professional career in January 2010 when he moved from the academies of the Swedish first division club Kalmar FF to the professional squad. In 2010 he made his European debut as part of qualifying for the UEFA Europa League . In 2012 he moved to AZ Alkmaar in the Eredivisie where he signed a four-year contract and in 2013 won the first professional title of his career with the KNVB Cup . In 2017 Johansson moved to Panathinaikos Athens in Greece .

National team

In 2014 Johansson was in the selection of the Swedish national team . He made three appearances against the teams from Denmark, Belgium and Estonia. Before that, he was an integral part of the youth national teams for years and played a total of 43 games.
