Mauro Bosco (actually Giuseppe Bosco ; born May 12, 1938 in Turin ) is an Italian actor .

Life

Bosco attended the Accademia d'Arte Drammatica and worked two seasons from 1962 under Orazio Costa . At the beginning of his third year of training, however, the tall, slim actor left the academy in order to be able to accept RAI's offer to take part in the program I nuovi , where he had prevailed against 7,000 candidates. In the following years he was seen in a number of notable television films, such as Anton Giulio Majano's Breve gloria di Mister Miffin (1967) and in episodes such as Stasera Fernandel by Camillo Mastrocinque . He was also successful on screen in the 1990s. His film career, however, remained clear; few roles in barely noticeable films make this area of his work pale. On stage he played an Italian tour and the Quareretaro Festival in Mexico, alongside Sylva Koscina and Paolo Carlini in Biondissimamente tua in 1975 as well as classics by Artaud and Shakespeare . He exercised more extensive activities as a voice actor.
