Max Ludwig (bobsleigh driver)
August Max Otto Ludwig (born April 22, 1896 in Halle (Saale) , † around 1957 in Berlin ) was a German bobsleigh driver .
Max Ludwig became German champion in the two-man bobsleigh with Werner Huth in 1931 . With the III. At the 1932 Winter Olympics in Lake Placid , he won the bronze medal in the four-man bobsleigh with Hanns Kilian , Hans Mehlhorn and Sebastian Huber . In the two-man bobsleigh, he took seventh place with Werner Huth.
After his sports career, he also worked as a painter .
