Max Mayer (life dates unknown) was a German football player .

Career

Mayer belonged to the Beerschot AC , a club from Antwerp , for which he played the 1903/04 season in Group A of the double-track league for the Championship Cup .

Moved to Freiburg FC in 1906 , he belonged to the club until 1910 and came to the championships organized by the Association of South German Football Associations , initially in the Upper Rhine district , one of three districts in the southern district, and from the 1908/09 season in the southern district, which was not divided into districts , for use. In 1907 and 1908 he and the team emerged victorious from the Gau Oberrhein, but only in 1907 did he also win the finals in the southern district .
