The 1903/04 First Division was the ninth season of the Belgian top division in men's football . It began on October 2, 1903 and ended on April 17, 1904.
The championship was held in two phases. First, the twelve teams were divided into two groups of seven and five teams respectively. After that, the first two of each group made it to the finals. Daring Club Brussels and Olympia Club Brussels were new.
