The First Division 1899/1900 was the fifth season of the top Belgian division in men's football . It began on November 1, 1899 and ended on May 6, 1900.

The league was divided into two groups:

  • Group A with the regions of Brussels, Liège and Antwerp
  • Group B with the Flemish regions of Bruges, Ghent and Kortrijk

At the end of the season, the two group winners determined the champions in two play-offs.

Group A

Ten of the 30 games were not played and the results on the green table were subsequently changed in two games. The games were counted as goalless wins.

    Play-off

    With the two teams with equal points at the top of the table, a play-off was necessary. The winner then competed in the final against the winner of Group B for the championship title. The game took place on April 8, 1900.
