The First Division 1898/99 was the fourth season of the top Belgian division in men's football . It began on October 30, 1898 and ended on April 16, 1899.

  • Group B with the Flemish regions (mainly from Bruges)

At the end of the season, the two group winners determined the champions in a decider.
