The 1902/03 First Division was the eighth season of the Belgian top division in men's football . It began on October 5, 1902 and ended on May 3, 1903.

The championship was held in two phases. First, the ten teams were divided into two groups of five teams each. After that, the two group first and second reached the final round. Apart from Skill FC (merged with Daring Club Brussels ), the same teams participated as in the previous season.

Group A

Two of the 20 games were not played. The match Club Brugge - FC Antwerpen was counted as a goalless victory. The match between FC Antwerp and CS Bruges was no longer played. The game between FC Antwerpen and Beerschot AC had been postponed from October 10, 1902 to January 10, 1903. Since Beerschot had already qualified for the finals at the time, this encounter was no longer played.
