Max Morsches

Max Morsches (born February 14, 1946 in Bensberg ) is a German homeland researcher and genealogist .

Life

Morsches graduated from the Aloisius College of the Jesuits in Bad Godesberg in 1965 . He then studied mathematics at the University of Cologne . In 1972 he took up a teaching position for the upper level of the Otto Hahn Gymnasium in Bensberg . He is chairman of the Bergisches Geschichtsverein Rhein-Berg e. V. and board member of the Bergisches Geschichtsverein e. V. In many books and individual articles in the Rheinisch-Bergisches calendar and in his homeland between Sülz and Dhünn he has his research results on local history and family research about the people in the Bergisches Land released.

He has been a member of the Turnverein Bensberg 1901 e. V. From 1969 to 1998 he was deputy chairman of the association. He has received several awards for his athletic activities in athletics and swimming. He was particularly committed to the sport with the gym wheel .

Max Morsches is married and has two sons.
