Maxim Anatolyevich Topilin
Maxim Anatoljewitsch Topilin ( Russian Максим Анатольевич Топилин ; born April 19, 1967 in Moscow ) is a Russian politician of the United Russia party .
Life
Topilin studied economics at the Plekhanov Institute for National Economy in Moscow. From 1994 to 2001 Topilin worked in the office of the Prime Minister of Russia . From 2012 to January 2020 he was in the cabinet of the Government of the Russian Federation of Dmitry Medvedev Minister of Labor and Social Affairs. Since January 2020 he has been the head of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation . Topilin is married and has two children.
