Maxime Crépeau (born May 11, 1994 in Greenfield Park , Canada ) is a Canadian soccer goalkeeper .

Career

Club career

From 2010 Crépeau attended the Montreal Impact Academy , which trains Canadian youth players. In total, he played for three seasons with the Montreal Impact U-21 team .

At the beginning of March 2014, Crépeau received a place in the squad of the MLS team of the Canadian franchise in accordance with the Homegrown Player Rule . In the 2014 season , however, he made no game in the MLS and was the third goalkeeper in the franchise behind Evan Bush and Troy Perkins .

After Montreal Impact founded FC Montréal to train young players, Crépeau moved there for a few games in 2015 and gained match practice in the United Soccer League .

National team

At the age of 15 Crépeau was nominated for the first time for a youth team of the Canadian national soccer team. Since then he has passed through various junior selection teams in Canada. For the Canadian U-17 selection he was used six times; Among other things, he took part with her in the 2011 U-17 World Cup in Mexico .
