Maximilian Klemens Anton Maria Clavé von Bouhaben (also: von Clavé-Bouhaben ) (born July 8, 1814 in Jülich , † October 18, 1882 in Cologne ) was a German manor owner and member of parliament.

After attending high school in Cologne, Maximilian Clavé von Bouhaben studied law and camera studies at the universities of Bonn and Greifswald . In 1835 he became a member of the Corps Rhenania Bonn . After completing his studies, he completed the government traineeship with the government in Cologne from 1844 to 1847 . He was a landowner in Cologne, later in Gut Gastendonk in the Kempen district . Most recently he lived as a pensioner in Cologne.

Clavé was from 1852 to 1855 for the constituency of Dusseldorf 7 and from 1855 to 1858 for the constituency of Dusseldorf 8 member of the Prussian House of Representatives . In 1852 he was one of the founders of the Catholic faction. He was president of the poor administration of the city of Cologne and since 1856 a member of the protection committee of the journeyman's association . He also worked as an art collector. In 1842 he married Huberta Friederike Christiane Sophie Mayer (1821–1845) and, after her death in 1848, Franziska Ciolina-Zanoli (1826–1893). The art collection, which at least partially came to him from his second father-in-law Franz Anton Zanoli, was auctioned off at Lempertz in 1894 after the death of his second wife .
