Maximilian Mayer (born July 21, 1998 in Tulln an der Donau ) is an Austrian football player .

Career

Mayer started his career at USC Altenwörth . In 2011 he went to AKA St. Pölten . In 2013 he moved on to AKA Salzburg . In March 2016 he made his debut for the farm team FC Liefering in the second division .

For the 2017/18 season he switched to league competitor TSV Hartberg . With Hartberg he was promoted to the Bundesliga in 2018 .

After promotion, he moved to the second division Floridsdorfer AC in July 2018 . For the 2019/20 season he moved to the regional division FC Marchfeld Donauauen .
