Maximilian Nüchterlein

Maximilian Nüchterlein (born June 17, 1913 in Fürth ; † October 9, 1990 in Nuremberg ) was a German lawyer .

Life

Maximilian Nüchterlein attended elementary school and a humanistic grammar school in his hometown and passed his Abitur in 1932 . He studied at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich and at the University of Erlangen from 1932 to 1935 jurisprudence a scholarship from the Maximilianeum Foundation. During his studies he became a member of the AGV Munich . He passed his first state examination in 1935 and did military service from 1939. During military service, he passed the second state examination in 1940. In 1946 he returned from captivity.

In 1947 he joined a law firm in Nuremberg . In 1949 he was appointed regional judge (today a judge at the regional court). In 1953 he was appointed senior judge at the Nuremberg Higher Regional Court . From 1962 he headed a senate of the Higher Regional Court as Senate President and in 1965 became Vice President of the Higher Regional Court. From 1970 to April 30, 1978 he was President of the Nuremberg Higher Regional Court and from 1977 to 1978 Deputy President of the Bavarian Constitutional Court.

From May 1, 1978 to July 31, 1987, he was a member of the Bavarian Senate .
