Maximilian Otto (born October 25, 1991 in Neuhaus am Rennweg ) is a former German skeleton player .

Maximilian Otto grew up in Lauscha, Thuringia . He started with the winter sports club in Lauscha in 1908 as a young talent in Nordic combined. Here he was discovered and promoted by youth coach Jens Greiner-Hiero. On the recommendation of WSV 08 Lauscha, he learned and trained at the Oberhof sports school. He started in the Alpine Cup in 2009 , then switched to skeleton at BSR Rennsteig Oberhof . In the 2012/2013 season he started in the European Cup . In the national team he reached D / C promotional squad status. In 2013 he ended his active career.
