Mbouéladoungou is a place on the island of Anjouan in the island state of Comoros in the Indian Ocean .

Mbouéladoungou is located on the east coast, south of Domoni where the Mro Ajaho flows into the Indian Ocean . The place is on the southern edge of the coastal plain. From there a road with countless serpentines leads up the mountain and into the interior of the island to Adda-Douéni .
