McDonald Ridge is a mainly icy mountain ridge in the East Antarctic Enderbyland . It rises 35 km southeast of Mount Biscoe between Johnston Peak and Douglas Peak .
Aerial photographs taken in 1956 during the Australian National Antarctic Research Expeditions were used to map it. The Antarctic Names Committee of Australia named it after Keith R. McDonald, who was a radio operator on Mawson Station in 1961.
