The McGee Rock is an isolated rock formation on the Ruppert coast of the west Antarctic Marie-Byrd-Land . It rises 8 km south of Zuncich Hill on the south side of Parker Pass .

The United States Geological Survey mapped the rock using its own surveys and aerial photographs of the United States Navy from 1959 to 1965. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named him in 1970 after Wayne R. McGee, who was responsible for equipment at Byrd Station in the year 1966.
