The McKinzie Islands are a group of small islands off the Walgreen Coast of Marie Byrd Land in West Antarctica . They are located on the northeastern branch of Cranton Bay .

The United States Geological Survey mapped them using the United States Navy's own surveys and aerial photographs from 1960 to 1966. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named them in 1968 after Richard H. McKinzie, Hospital Corpsman at Byrd Station in 1967.
