The McLeod Glacier is a glacier in the north of the East Antarctic Victoria Land . It flows from the Wilson Hills between the Stanwix Ridge and Arthurson Ridge ridges to Davies Bay on the Oates Coast .
Australian cartographers mapped the glacier using aerial photographs from the US Operation Highjump (1946–1947). The Antarctic Names Committee of Australia (ANCA) named it after the Australian geologist Ian Roderick McLeod (* 1931), head of the air-assisted team that explored the area around the glacier as part of the Australian National Antarctic Research Expeditions in 1961.
