The McLeod Massif is a large and 612 m high massif in the East Antarctic Mac Robertson Land . In the eastern part of the Aramis Range of the Prince Charles Mountains , it rises immediately south of the Manning Massif .
Surveys and aerial photographs of the Australian National Antarctic Research Expeditions (ANARE) were used for its mapping. Scientists from this research series visited the massif for the first time in 1969. The Antarctic Names Committee of Australia (ANCA) named it after Ian Roderick McLeod (* 1931), who led ANARE teams to geological exploration of the Prince Charles Mountains in 1969 and 1970.
