The Medůvka even Kozinec called, is a 608 m high mountain in the western part of the Vsetín Hills in Czech Republic . It is located two and a half kilometers southwest of Velká Lhota . There are several quartz sandstone rock formations on Medůvka.

The Medůvka rises between the valleys of the Bystřička and the Medůvka brook in the Vsetínské vrchy. The Bystřička Dam lies to the southeast . Surrounding towns are Kozinec in the north, Malá Lhota and Velká Lhota in the northeast, Páleniska and U Přehrady in the east, Pohořeliska, Korábka, U Šimčíků and Růžďka in the south, U Brňovjaků and Bystřička in the north-west, and Paseky and Brňovy in the west.

On the mostly wooded ridge are the sandstone rock formations Malá Medůvka and Velká Medůvka at a distance of one kilometer. The former is on the summit, the Velká Medůvka to the west of it in 600 m nm On the Paseken in the northern and southern summit area there are lookout points.

According to ancient traditions, the rocks of the Medůvka served as a secret meeting place for Protestants during the Counter Reformation . In 1777 there was a large crowd on the Medůvka after a haze that resembled a monster in shape rose from the surrounding swampy ground. At the beginning of the 1980s, the rocks began to be developed by climbers.

There are around 30 different climbing routes in Malá Medůvka and Velká Medůvka . Their height is a maximum of twelve meters. The difficulties of the 22 trails in Velká Medůvka range up to level IX on the UIAA scale . There are nine paths in Malá Medůvka, and the field group is used for bouldering and climbing exercises.
