The medal Regulation , abbreviated MedaillenV or MedVO , is a regulation of the Federal Ministry of Finance on the production and sale of medals and tokens to protect the German Euro - commemorative coins in Germany.

The production and distribution of shopping trolley chips the size and thickness of a 1 DM item violates § 3 Medal Ordinance, § 1 UWG if the procedure is deliberate and planned  .
