Megan Fonteno
Megan Fonteno (born March 5, 1993 in Okinawa , Japan ) is a former swimmer from American Samoa .
Fonteno qualified for the 2012 Summer Olympics in London . There she reached sixth place in 57.45 s in the third heat over the 100 m freestyle and was thus 35th in this discipline.
Fonteno is the daughter of two former soldiers in the United States Marine Corps . She has a brother. She completed her undergraduate studies at Auburn University . After completing her studies, she also works as an assistant to the swim coach at the Air Force Academy . Since 2016 she has been studying pharmacy again at the Harrison School of Pharmacy in Auburn .
