Melinda Szvorda (born August 5, 1980 in Kemecse ) is a Hungarian football player .
Career
society
Szvorda started her career in the youth of Kemecse SE. In the summer of 1999, she moved to VSC Miskolc and was promoted to the first team in 2000. After two years as the goalkeeper of VSC Miskolc, she moved to Győri ETO in 2001. In summer 2003 she got an offer from Viktória FC-Szombathely, where she played for seven years. On June 1, 2010, the German Bundesliga club VfL Wolfsburg announced that the double winner of the 2009/2010 season with Viktória FC-Szombathely was committed. In Germany, however, she did not get beyond the reserve role at VfL Wolfsburg and did not make a single appearance. Therefore, after only half a year in Germany, she returned to Hungary in spring 2011 and signed for Győri Dózsa SE. Until June 2011 she only came to one game here and therefore moved to Slovenia ŽNK Pomurje in the summer of 2011. At Pomurje she found her old form and came to seven missions; But she was plagued by homesickness and in December 2011 moved back to Hungary to Viktória FC-Szombathely. On February 14, 2012, she announced her move to Austria on June 30, 2012 at FC Südburgenland .
International
Szvorda was a member of the senior national team of Hungary from 2001 to 2008 and was in goal in 39 international matches.
