Melissa Myerscough
Melissa Myerscough (born Price; born September 5, 1979 in Orange , California ) is a former American hammer thrower .
At the 2001 World Athletics Championships in Edmonton, she was twelfth.
In 2003 her twelfth place at the World Championships in Paris / Saint-Denis was canceled after she tested positive for tetrahydrogestrinone at the US championships . She was banned for two years because of this doping rule violation .
Since June 20, 2003 she is married to the British shot putter and discus thrower Carl Myerscough .
