Melvill Cup
In badminton, the Melvill Cup is the team competition for national teams from South African regions (often identical to the provinces of the country or parts thereof). It was donated by Denny Melvill , a South African badminton player. The cup was first held in 1950. Later on, title fights for B and AC teams were added to the top A competition.
