The Melville Glacier is a 19 km long glacier on the Oskar II coast of Graham Land on the Antarctic Peninsula . It flows in an easterly direction between the Mapple Glacier and the Pequod Glacier to the Exasperation Inlet , which it reaches south of Mount Ahab .

The Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey carried out geodetic surveys in 1947 and 1955. The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named him in 1957 after Herman Melville (1819-1891), author of the 1851 novel Moby-Dick .
