The Exasperation Inlet ( English for Bay of Despair ) is an icy, 28 km long and 26 km wide bay on the Oskar II coast of Graham Land on the Antarctic Peninsula . It lies between Foyn Point and Cape Disappointment .
It was mapped in 1947 by the Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey , which so named it because the massive ice faults in the bay caused considerable problems for the survey's sled teams in exploring the area.
