The approximately 5.1 m high menhir of Ceinturat (also written Cinturat ) stands in a forest clearing west of the hamlet of Ceinturat and west of Cieux , in the west of the Haute-Vienne department in France .

It looks like it's broken off at the top. It has a flat north side and a rounded south side that points downhill.

Legend has it that people who toss a coin on the ledge will marry within a year if the coin stays lying.

The menhir stands about 1,600 m northeast of the menhir of Arnac and about the same distance from the dolmen of Rouffignac . The Abri Rocher des Fées (Cieux) is also located in the village .
