history

The former sanatorium (former name: Bergmannstraße 1) was built around 1900 in the form of the neo-renaissance . The property is a three-storey clinker brick building with sandstone structure with window aedicules and a southern balcony supported by columns.

The classic neo-renaissance is expressed in the neatly proportioned cubic form of the building with only slightly protruding central axes emphasized by balconies and in the rich window aedicules.

An embankment wall that was built at the same time belongs to the property.
