Meo-Micaela Hahne

Meo-Micaela Hahne (born March 18, 1947 in Heidelberg ) is a German lawyer and was chairwoman of the XII. Civil senate of the Federal Court of Justice , which is responsible for family law and commercial tenancy and lease law .

Life

Hahne received his doctorate in 1973 on the subject of the problem of third parties in the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms at the University of Heidelberg . Meo-Micaela Hahne began her judicial career in 1974 in Baden-Württemberg . During her probationary period, she initially worked at the Mannheim Regional Court and the local public prosecutor's office. In 1977 she was appointed judge at the Mannheim District Court and in 1984 at the Karlsruhe Regional Court . In October 1987 she became a judge at the Karlsruhe Higher Regional Court . In 1992 she became a judge at the Federal Court of Justice and has belonged to the XII. Civil Senate. In 1999 Hahne became deputy chairwoman of the Senate and in November 2001, as the successor to Friedrich Blumenröhr, chairwoman of the XII. Senates. She retired on April 30, 2012.
