Friedrich Blumenröhr

Friedrich Blumenröhr (born October 24, 1936 in Erwitte / Westphalia) was a judge at the Federal Court of Justice from 1978 until his retirement in 2001 .

After completing his legal training with a doctorate, Blumenröhr joined the Bavarian judicial service in 1965 .

After a three-year secondment as a research assistant at the Federal Court of Justice, Blumenröhr was appointed to the District Court Counsel at the District Court of Weilheim in 1970. In 1973 he was appointed judge at the Higher Regional Court , in which function he worked at the Munich Higher Regional Court until 1978 .

In 1978, Blumenröhr was appointed judge at the Federal Court of Justice. He was first in the 4th Civil Senate and from 1980 in the XII. Civil Senate, of which he was appointed deputy chairman from 1984. In 1992, Blumenröhr took over the chairmanship of this Senate and held this position until he retired.

Blumenröhr is a member of the Catholic student associations KDStV Moenania zu Munich and the KDStV Black Forest Karlsruhe in the CV .
