The Jake Peak is a 457  m high mountain in the southeast of Adelaide Island west of the Antarctic Peninsula . It rises southeast of Trident Peak .

The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named it in 2011. It is named after Alan Meredith, chief pilot of the British Antarctic Survey from 2004 to 2011.
