Merzisch

Mercian or Merzisch (also South Humbrian ) was an Anglo-Saxon ( Old English ) dialect that was spoken in the Kingdom of Mercia . Its distribution reached in the east to the border of East Anglia , in the west to Wales , in the north to Staffordshire , while the language border in the south was Oxfordshire and Gloucestershire .
