The exhibition hall B in Innsbruck is under monument protection standing exhibition hall . The hall is a steel frame structure that originally stood in Prague and came to Innsbruck in 1892/93.

The hall stood on the premises of the Prague Jubilee Exhibition in 1891 . Then it was dismantled and rebuilt in Innsbruck. As with the Eiffel Tower, the steel framework construction in the tradition of the second half of the 19th century could simply be screwed together and therefore dismantled again. During the monarchy , the hall was also used for exhibitions. In the 1920s and 1930s, the hall was modified and built so that it lost its original appearance. In 2010 it was found that the historic steel structure under the building was almost completely preserved, even the historic glazing was still partially in place. As a result, the hall at the Innsbruck exhibition center was dismantled and has had its old look again since 2012.

At the Olympic Winter Games in 1964 and 1976 , ice hockey games were played in the exhibition hall.
