The Kwangmyŏng (광명) or Helles Licht metro station is a subway station on the Hyŏksin line , which is part of the Pyongyang metro . It opened on October 9, 1975 and closed again in 1995 for an indefinite period. In their place since 1996 operates in the mornings shortly thereafter opened Kumsusan line of Pyongyang tram system , which is, however, mainly for tourist purposes.

It is located in Pyongyang District taesong-guyok Dong Miam-dong at the Kumsong street in front of the Kumsusan Palace of the Sun or the campus of Kim Il-sung University .
