Mia Matilda Carlsson (born March 12, 1990 in Skånes-Fagerhult ) is a Swedish football player who has been playing for Kristianstads DFF in Damallsvenskan since 2009 .
Career

Carlsson has played for Kristianstads DFF in Damallsvenskan since 2009 . The best placement was achieved during this time with 4th place in the 2018 season. In addition, in August 2014 they made it into the cup final, which was lost 2-1 to Linköpings FC .
National teams
Carlsson went through the Swedish national junior teams and took part with the U-20 team in the 2010 U-20 Women's World Cup in Germany . She played in all games over the full distance and was eliminated with her team in the quarter-finals against Colombia. It then took until November 2014 for her first appearance in the senior national team , which she had in a 1-0 defeat against Canada . In the game without a spectator she was substituted on in the 63rd minute. Two days later she was in the starting XI against the same opponent, but was substituted in the 62nd minute when the score was 1-0. Eleven minutes later, the Canadians were able to equalize. She was also in the starting line-up in the first game of 2015 against Norway , but was then substituted when the score was 2-0 in the second half. After that, their teammates could turn the game around and win 3-2. After that she had to wait until September 2017 for her next assignment. In the first game of qualification for the 2019 World Cup against Croatia , she played over 90 minutes for the first time. In the last two games in 2017, she was substituted on and off once. When the Algarve Cup was won in 2018 , she was replaced twice once and once. However, these were her only international matches in 2018 and she only played again at the Algarve Cup 2019 . She was not nominated for the 2019 World Cup.
