Miao Xiaochun
Miao Xiaochun (缪晓春; pinyin : Miào Xiǎochūn; * 1964 in Wuxi , Jiangsu , People's Republic of China ) is a Chinese photo artist and computer graphic artist .
life and career
From 1982 to 1986 Miao Xiaochun studied at Nanjing University , 1986 to 1989 at the Central Academy of Fine Arts in Beijing. From 1989 to 1995 he lived as an artist in Beijing. From 1995 to 1999 he studied at the Kassel Art College . Since 1999 he has been a lecturer at the Department of Photography and Digital Medie of the Central Academy of Fine Arts in Beijing.
In his work Last Judgment in Cyberspace , he refers to Michelangelo's fresco in the Sistine Chapel in Rome.
Miao Xiaochun lives and works in Beijing .
