Michał Zygmunt Ruciak (born August 22, 1983 in Świnoujście ) is a Polish volleyball player .

Career

Ruciak began his career in his hometown with Maraton Świnoujście. He then played for Morze Bałtyk Szczecin . In the 2003/04 season he reached the national cup final with his new club Skra Bełchatów . He then moved to AZS UWM Olsztyn . The outside attacker also made his debut in the senior national team in 2004 . With Olsztyn he was Polish runner-up in 2005 and in the same year he won the world championship with the Polish juniors. In 2008 he came to his present club Zaksa Kędzierzyn-Koźle . At the European Championships in 2009 , Ruciak won the title with Poland. In 2011 there were three second places for Zaksa in the national cup, in the championship and in the CEV cup . With the national team, Ruciak also narrowly missed several titles. In the World League and the European Championship in 2011 , the Poles third parties and were World Cup runner-up. In 2012 the national team won the world league . Ruciak played in London at the Olympics .
