Michael Berger (born December 1, 1990 in Deutschlandsberg ) is an Austrian football player .

Career

Berger began his career in the youth of Deutschlandsberger SC in Styria . In 2004 he moved to the youth department of the Grazer Athletiksport-Klub (GAK) , where he was brought into the first team in 2010. He made his debut for the Rotjacken in the Regionalliga Mitte on March 27, 2010 against SC Weiz , when he played through and received a yellow card in the 44th minute. The game in Weiz ended in a 1-1 draw. After two more seasons and the missed promotion in 2011/12, he moved to SC Wiener Neustadt at the beginning of the 2012/13 season .

The defender made his debut in the top Austrian league on July 21, 2012 under coach Heimo Pfeifenberger when he played through in the 2-0 defeat against SV Mattersburg . In summer 2014 he moved to Wolfsberger AC .

In January 2017 Berger moved to the second division Floridsdorfer AC , where he received a contract that was valid until June 2017.

For the 2017/18 season he moved to the regional division USV Allerheiligen .
