The Union-Sportverein Allerheiligen bei Wildon is an Austrian football club from Allerheiligen bei Wildon in Styria . The club plays in the Regionalliga Mitte , the third highest level in Austria. The club colors are yellow-black. The main sponsor is the stonemason company Reinisch based in Hainsdorf in the Schwarzautal .

history

The association was founded on May 30, 1967 by the initiative of the youth of the southern Styrian town of Allerheiligen bei Wildon . In the same year, the club took part in the Graz-Umgebung district class. A year later, the club was incorporated into the 2nd class South-A.

In 1972 the team was promoted to what was then 1st Class South. Two years later, the next promotion succeeded and the club then played in the regional league south. The soaring was not over for the small town and its club. 1981 succeeded the next promotion to the lower league south. The club - with a squad of its own talents - rose to the lower league for the first time in 1993 (after the then lower league became the upper league after a reform of the Styrian football association). A year later, however, they were promoted to the league again.

A highlight of the club was the 2000/01 season when the club was promoted to the Styrian regional league (fourth highest Austrian league). In the same year, the club's sports facility was rebuilt and improved. In the 2005/06 season promotion to the Middle Regional League was achieved. In the first season of the Regionalliga, the club was eighth straight away and was actually never involved in a relegation battle. In the following game year 2007/08, the team reached sixth place in the table, the best result of the season since it was founded.

In the current 2010/11 season, ASV won the RL Mitte autumn championship ahead of Blau Weiss Linz, Austria Klagenfurt and Pasching and will play for the title in spring.

The SV Allerheiligen, known to the general public under the short name ASV, is visited by many spectators at the matches, according to the league. In 2008 a fan club called "Die Gallier 08" was founded, which has over 100 members to date (December 2010). In 2011 another ASV fan club was founded with the "Tumultus11", but not much is known about it to date.

The home games are played by ASV in the Allerheiligen sports stadium, which has space for around 2,500 spectators. The audience maximum was 1,800 with a regional league home win against the traditional club Grazer AK .
