Michael Bernhard (* 1979 in Munich ) is a German actor , author and director .

Life

After training as a tax clerk (1996–1999) and serving in the armed forces, he studied acting at the School of Drama in Hamburg (2005–2008). Since 2008 he can be seen as a freelance actor in various productions in the theater as well as in film and television. In 2009 he became artistic director of Certaine Liberté e. V. His first directorial work was Emilia Galotti from GE Lessing , the premiere of which took place in 2010 in Hamburg's Spalkwerk.
