Michael Brandmüller
Michael Brandmüller (* 1793 in Vienna ; † 1852 ibid) was an Austrian painter, miniature painter and lithographer.
Brandmüller studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna and from April 9, 1823 at the Royal Academy of Arts in Munich . From 1826 to 1835 he was a member of the Munich Art Association, after which he settled in Vienna and worked primarily as a miniature painter. He also devoted himself to lithography from 1825. He created lithographic portraits of well-known personalities as well as illustrations based on his own templates and masterpieces from the past, such as Raphael .
