Michael Bulander

Michael Bulander (born October 22, 1971 in Saulgau ) is the independent mayor of the large district town of Mössingen .

Life

Bulander is the son of a mechanic and a housewife. He is married and has three children.

Bulander grew up in Herbertingen . He graduated from high school in 1991 at the business school in Saulgau. From 1992 to 1998 he studied administrative sciences at the University of Konstanz . His first position was in the Tübingen regional council .

In 2003 he headed the department for traffic, law and order in the Schwarzwald-Baar district . From 2008 to 2010 he was government director in the Ministry of the Interior of the state of Baden-Württemberg. On July 4, 2010, Bulander was elected Lord Mayor of Mössingen to succeed Werner Fifka . He took up the position on October 1, 2010.

Michael Bulander does not belong to any party.
