Michael Embacher (born November 30, 1985 ) is a former Austrian soccer player .

Career

Embacher started his career at SC Kundl . In 2000 he joined the youth team of FC Tirol Innsbruck . After its dissolution, he moved to SV Kirchbichl for the 2002/03 season . After a season at Kirchbichl, he joined the second division club SV Wörgl . He made his debut for the Tyrolean in the second division in April 2004 when he was brought into play on the 28th matchday of the 2003/04 season against DSV Leoben in the 80th minute for Bernhard Lampl . He also played his first game from the start that month in the 3: 4 home defeat against Kapfenberger SV . He made a total of nine games for Wörgl in the second division.

After he was relegated with Wörgl in 2005 from the second highest division, he moved to the regional division SV Axams . After a season at Axams, he returned to Wörgl, which has since competed in the fourth-class Tyrolean league . For the 2008/09 season he moved to the league competitor and his former youth club SC Kundl. He ended his career in January 2010.
