Michael Fell

Michael Fell (born April 17, 1963 in Stuttgart ) is a German chef .

Career

After completing his training, Fell moved to Munich in 1981, first to the Hotel Königshof at Wolfgang Abrell's, then in 1983 to the Aubergine restaurant at Eckart Witzigmann and in 1985 to Le Gourmet at Otto Koch .

In 1988 he started his own business with the Oberland restaurant in Rottach-Egern . In 1992 he switched to the Dichter Stub'n in the Park Hotel Egerner Höfe, also in Rottach-Egern, as head chef . In May 2008 he became director and chef of the Villa am See in Tegernsee, which was awarded a Michelin star . In June 2011 he moved back to the Park-Hotel Egerner Höfe . At the end of 2017, Michael Fell retires from the star kitchen and becomes head chef at the Gertraud Gruber beauty farm in Rottach-Egern.
