Michaela Christ
Michaela Christ (born April 20, 1966 in Bad Sobernheim , Rhineland-Palatinate , Germany; real name Claudia Fett ; accessed on May 18, 2020) is a German singer and lyricist.
biography
Michaela Christ discovered her love for music at the age of 6. She sang in the children's choir, later in the youth choir and finally in the women's choir. She took professional singing lessons from opera singer Kurt Adam. (Focus on voice training and breathing technique) and took part in courses in the areas of moderation and choreography.
It was discovered in 1994 by the producer and composer Marc Alpina . She celebrated her first successes in the ZDF television show Volkstümliche Hitparade . In a large starting field, she immediately achieved 3rd place with her title "He gave me the alpine glow". Numerous television programs and a. on ARD , ZDF, MDR , NDR , SWR , Bavarian TV or ORF Austria followed and Michaela Christ became a popular performer.
She wrote some of the lyrics of her hits herself. She is also successful as a lyricist for other colleagues from the fields of Schlager, Folk Schlager and Pop Schlager.
In 2005 Michaela Christ switched to the internationally successful producer Joe Morell. In 2006 the 4th album "Colors of my soul" was released.
In 2012 her new single "I am the way I am" will be released.
In 2013 Michaela Christ published the title “Saremo liberi” (We will be free) together with the Italian pop star Roby Vandalo. This song also reached the top positions in the DJ charts and download charts. In Austria she was awarded a gold record as a lyricist.
Michaela Christ is married and has one daughter.
