Michel Ansermet

Michel Ansermet (born February 20, 1965 ) is a former Swiss sports shooter . He starts for the Sarnen pistol shooters .

At the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta , Ansermet made his debut at the Olympics and took 12th place in the 25 m rapid fire pistol competition . Four years later, Ansermet again took part in the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney and started here in the same competition . With 686.1 points he was only 1.5 points behind Sergej Alifirenko and thus won the silver medal.

Michael Ansermet has a great interest in amphibians and reptiles. From the beginning of 2014 he was director of the Lausanne Vivarium until it closed in December 2015.
