The Midtfjella ( Norwegian for Middle Mountains ) is a mountain group in the East Antarctic Queen Maud Land . It is located in the center of the Mühlig-Hofmann Mountains .
Scientists from the Norwegian Polar Institute named them in 2017 after their geographic location.
